Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance. John 20:1
Jesus died and then three days later the stone in front of the tomb was rolled way. The Stone was removed not so Jesus could get out, but as a gateway so that we could get in. I am so thankful that we have a living God, and because he lives, we may live. If you have never accepted this eternal gift, my prayer this Easter is that you will.
